We welcome applications for students entering Kindergarten through Eighth Grade. Our admissions process includes:
The best way to understand Heritage Classical Academy and classical Christian education is to see it for yourself! Prospective parents or guardians are welcome to attend an HCA Open House or schedule a personal tour to meet with the admissions staff before submitting an application. We host several open houses and information meetings throughout the year. Visit our calendar to find the next open house or event.

A non-refundable application fee of $70 per student is required with every student application. This fee can be paid electronically below, or by check made out to Heritage Classical Academy and submitted with the application.
Student Placement Testing
We desire for incoming students of any age to thrive at Heritage Classical Academy. All prospective students are assessed to determine the grade level in which they will be most successful. Upon receipt of application, parents/guardians will be contacted regarding their student's assessment date and time. Assessment results will then be discussed with parents/guardians, Head of School, Director of Curriculum and Instruction, and Admissions Director.
To ensure a common understanding of Heritage Classical Academy’s mission, vision, policies, and school culture, all prospective parents/guardians must meet with HCA’s Head of School for a family interview. Parents/guardians must also read and sign the HCA Statement of Faith found in the student application.

HCA offers three tuition payment plans:
To make tuition payments, parents/guardians must enroll in FACTS, a third-party tuition management company. FACTS charges an annual nominal fee for their services. Follow the link below to register for FACTS.

Income-Based Tuition Assistance
Families may qualify for tuition assistance based on their income. Qualification is determined by your application to the FACTS tuition management program. Income-based tuition assistance is available only to students enrolled in the full time Academy.
